So many folks don't get it these days. It's not about what company won E3, it's about us, the gamers winning E3. Anybody who says differently is an idiot.
While Forza might be fun, it cannot hold a candle to GT5.
Will the game still look and play awesome no matter what resolution it is in?
So to that I say that what is maxed out today is simply dated code and not running efficient. The way to make games look even better in years to come is to make your code efficient and then use more of it. You can claim to max out the hardware but then somebody comes along and makes a more efficient code and winds up with a better looking/running game. It's not about the hardware being maxed out, it's about your code being efficient.
If you do not understand why this game is so important then you might not want to even bother. I however will recommend that you play it and see what the fuss is all about. I remember playing this game when it was released and can say that I have not played a FF game that was as much fun as this one since. FFX was close but not quite.
*Zune® Instant 1080p movie service - Yeah, and we all know just how well the Zune sells... Sorry, but I'll take MY BD movies and watch flicks in True HD 1080P.
*1 vs 100 Live - Lame. Sorry, but this is just a simple kernel of social networking that Home already offers. If you want the full social network, get a PS3 and get into Home.
*Xbox LIVE Parties - Lame. Sorry, but having an avenue to get together with celebrities online is silly. I could care less if...
Whether if the Last Guardian is or is not the BBC game that was spoken of months back, we can safely say that TLG is one of the best looking games to date and with Team ICO's reputation, you can bet that it will be one of the best games played when it arives on store shelves.
Make it a bit tougher to play with many more missions to run through and add voice overs. Sorry, but the way Ninty does their voices, or lack there of, is just getting old for me. I would like to hear Link actually talk more.
You should be in support of great games. Go buy inFAMOUS and get int he game!
Released this year or not, I am just glad that the preview for GT5 didn't have the cars doing some silly burnout ballet...
Good eye mate.
With the way exchange rates are and the fact that Sony has to jump through so many legal hoops just to get their product to the floor at your local retailer, you can ecxpect a hike in price for the UK. Hopefully it won't be too big but remember the differences in price the UK was paying for the PS3 when compared to the rest of the world and I suspect it will be in that percentage range.
Natal is going to be expensive. Besides, the one thing I didn't like about Natal was no buttons for other actions. Having the wand in your hand, and guaranteing 100% 1:1 ratio movement, the new Sony remote will be the way to go.
That is an understatment...
Yeah because hitting the x button to go into the browser then selecting options to go to your favorites and hitting FACEBOOK is so hard to do...
I was born with opposable thumbs... Were you?
Hence why this announcement from MS was just... meh.
If they would have just given us a browser, they would have avoided all this silly hubalub.
I predict there will be a 33% weight loss across the board for all Xbox users by the end of this generation... How's that for interactivity Nintendo!!!
Of course there are going to be people that want this gimmick. Xbox 360 enthusiasts that have to have every MS peripheral and the casuals that have a few bucks to spare. For me, I like to game for relaxation, not wiggle my body into a sweat.
There is no way that Sony let all of the cats out of the bag. Comments like that are inciting and silly. Poor journalism yet again.
When FFXIII gets shown as multiplatform the Xbox fans go crazy and claim bombshell across the net but when Sony announces the next big MMO from Square, FFXVI exclusively to PS3, the Xbox fans say - no biggie and claim they won E3... The hypocrisy runs deep with fan boys.
